The World Endurance Championship makes its debut in Qatar in 2024 with the Qatar 1812km taking place at Lusail International Circuit on March 2. The WEC race is preceded by two days of pre-season testing at the venue – the official Prologue – on February 24-25.

The brand new WEC race in Qatar is named after the country’s National Day (December 18). The Qatar 1812km, which will be the season-opener for the World Endurance Championship in 2024, is expected to last under ten hours.
