I already gave tickets what happens if it is a closed event
Hi! As I can’t be present on the event at Misano on the 12-13 of september, because of the pandemic, the circuit said that it won’t give a refund for my tickets and either a “voucher” for the 2021, is it possible to contact someone or do you know what I should do maybe? Thank you in advance!
My tickets have been cancelled and we still want to go. Does anyone know how they’ve gone about selecting who gets to go and who doesn’t?
Hi Jo,
We purchased Grandstand tickets in January, but due to Covid19 Italy will not allow Americans into the country for any reason.
We have our tickets and have been told that Grandstand ticket holders can attend the races. They are allowing 10,000 spectators. So sorry for all the illness and loss that the world has experienced.
I think you’ll be ok. We did the same and were informed yesterday that our tickets have been cancelled. Did you book direct with MotoGP or via a ticket agent?
For over a month I try to get a solution but ticketone.it want to do nothing. Bought 2 day Brutapela Gold passes. Brutapela has 18.000 seats and full during the weekend. They tell everybody that bought a ticket can get in what is a pure lie! As I am sure that there are more tickets sold than 30.000.
What they do is pure theft!!! They steal the money of thousands of people….
Is there no possibility to start a lawsuit? It can’t be true they steal milions of Euro’s and get away with it…..
Do you still have these tickets. I need 2. We are currently in Italy and had booked tickets but they got cancelled ?
